Want to exchange or return your purchase?
We are happy to help! Exchanges or returns are possible up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Making an exchange or return is quick and easy by following the steps below:

  1. Send us an email at info@modernmintshop.com
    You will then receive return instructions from us.

  2. You will receive a return form from us. Please fill it out as clearly as possible and include it in your return package.

  3. Send your package back with a courier of your choice within 30 days of receipt.

  4. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will process your request within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you updated by email.

Is the return free of charge?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and depend on the courier service and the country from which the goods are returned.

What are the return conditions?
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Please note: items purchased on sale cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged for a voucher.
Shipping costs for all orders are non-refundable.

How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when registering your return, we will start processing it immediately. This way, we can ensure the exchange is completed within just a few days.

What if the product I want to exchange for is no longer available?
We invite you to contact our customer service team. We will inform you when we expect the product to be available again. If you have already returned the item and it turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you to find a suitable solution together.

Where can I find my order number to register a return?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after making your purchase. It is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, it can happen that a product gets damaged during transport or production. Of course, we want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please send an email to info@modernmintshop.com with a photo of the issue attached. Our customer service will work with you to find a solution promptly.

What if I want to return my order after the return period?
Please remember to send your return within the 14-day period. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer you the option to exchange the product for another item or a store credit. Please contact our customer service to check the available options.

Note: Sale items cannot be refunded and may only be exchanged for a voucher. Shipping costs are also deducted, typically between €5 and €15, which will be subtracted from the total order amount.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. You can track when your package has arrived at our warehouse using the tracking number you received for your return. From that moment, the 10 business days start. After the refund has been issued, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
